워크스페이스/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.core.runtime/.settings 디렉토리
(1) org.eclipse.wst.server.core.prefs
(2) org.eclipse.jst.server.tomcat.core.prefs
해당 파일 두 개를 삭제하고 시도하면 된다.
